Today, I have an assortment of sewing-related advertisements from the early 1900's to share with you. These would be wonderful for as framed art for a sewing/craft room or studio.

Here is an ad for a set of household and sewing scissors.
Here is just one pair of the scissors, with the background removed.
I especially love this image, because I love bolts of fabric. Growing up with a mother who had a professional drapery business and who did lots of sewing, means I spent a lot of time in fabric stores. I just love to see bolts and bolts of fabric, all lined up - especially pretty ginghams and calicoes. If I ever fix up my workshop into a nice studio to work in, I want bolts of fabric on a shelf!
