Guest Blogger - Susan @ Must Love Junk

My blog "porch" has had some wonderful visitors this week and
today, I'd like to welcome one of my favorite new bloggers on the block,
Susan @ Must Love Junk.
I introduced you to her last month when I featured her at
Knick of Time Tuesday and she was a brand new blogger
with just a handful of followers, but her blog is off to a roaring start now.

I saved a chair on the porch for you, Susan,
and I'll go pour you a tall glass of lemonade.   Welcome!

My Photo
I was beyond honored when Angie asked me if I’d be interested in guest posting!!  I have been ‘stalking’ her blog for a looong time, and have always immensely admired her.  I had only been blogging about a week, with NO idea what I was doing (I still don’t half the time after almost 2 months!) when she featured me, and encouraged her readers to follow me!   She was not only the first blog to feature me, but she graciously took me under her wing, taking the time to offer kind and helpful suggestions.
So thank you, Angie, and CONGRATS on your 1 year blogiversary!!
You are a role model to many of us, and deserve all of your success!

So...now I'm continuing the tour of my home that I've been showing you on my blog.
We have reached my dining room, which is off the hall.
This room is to the right as soon as you walk in the front door.
(The other rooms that I’ve posted so far are to the left.)
More seltzer bottles! (Do you sense an addiction here?)
The wood floor was painted green when we moved in and we left it.
We had the walls painted a soft green to co-ordinate.
You can see my love of typography, again!
I got the old menu cards at an antique store…I thought they were so fun!
I have a mixed assortment of chairs around the farm table.  The cabinet in the corner is the one that my dad made for me and I have it filled with my ironstone collection.
I found the buffet at a flea market for a steal - it has great storage.
I have all my small, white pitchers/creamers lining the windowsill above the buffet.
I'll save the rest of my dining room for the next time!

It's been my pleasure guest-posting today for all of Angie's wonderful readers...
thank you again, Angie!  I wish everyone a great day!
Susan

Thanks so much for dropping in to share your home with us, Susan
and I wish you oodles of success in your new blogging adventure!

Come back after lunch, when I'll be bringing you another giveaway
of a set of 50 pages of antique sheet music and a antique book page banner.
There will be 2 winners!

The entries are still open for the Leslie Janson & Apple White giveaways also.
