This is what it looked like in my shed when I brought it home
The top was bad...really bad. Chipped veneer, stains, not to mention the paint job.
Here it is after the first coat of paint...there's hope!
Here's the finished desk.
I wish I would have done it back when MMS was running her "Copy Me" challenge. I mimicked her display on top, as well.
Truly love it now! It's in my room right now, but we already have a new oak dresser, so it can't stay there forever. It will probably be for sale eventually. I want to enjoy it for awhile though. It was such a pleasure to bring new life to this dresser.
